My Favorite Books of 2022
Beloved fiction, non-fiction, cookbooks, a design book that delighted me--and a blanket, for peak reading coziness...
Sending you lots of holiday cheer from a chilly and gray New York City—we’re watching the weather reports all over the country, checking in with friends and family, and things look pretty crazy out there!
Stay warm and cozy…and may I suggest a blanket and a book as you ride out the storm?
It took me absolutely forever to write this list, because I wanted to include so many more great books—I think I say it every year, but this was a very good year for books!

I told my (amazing!) publishing team that I was working on this list, and they gently reminded me that I also, in fact, wrote a book this year, and gently encouraged me to remind you about it:
I Guess I Haven’t Learned That Yet
Of course, I’ll update all this on my Copper bookshelf—Copper is for sure my favorite app of the year.
And as promised, a blanket! I was given one from this line as a gift, and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with it and have already sent several as gifts (shhh…can’t tell who!)
Also: v v recommend this store for all kinds of beautiful gifts—based in the Midwest, all their products give back, and they have really great, customer service—definitely a new favorite spot of mine.
Here’s to a cozy book-and-blanket-filled season—
